Recycling Of Oil Sludge

  • Oily sludge usually come from: ground oil sludge, tank bottom oil sludge, ground spilled oil, oily sludge in oil refinery, etc.
  • Pyrolysis technology is effective oily sludge treatment method, which is a new technical method commonly used in the harmless treatment of sludge. It can effectively recover petroleum from waste sludge, no secondary waste produced;
  • Oil Sludge final pyrolysis temperature is 550 ℃, different oil sludge has different oil content 15-50%, composition of end  pyrolysis oil similar to diesel oil, sludge oil content to be less than 2‰ which can fulfill landfill standard.

Feeding(1.5 hours)

Depending on the oil sludge type, liquid or solidliquid mixed oil sludge can be feed in pyrolysis reactor by suction pump, if solid waste, feed in pyrolysis reactor by shaftless screw feeder, close feeding door once finish.

Heating(12 hours)

Tyre oil or Noncondensible gas(Extra Noncondensible gas come from other pyrolysis machine running process) heating reactors evenly, after heating around 2 hours temperature up to 260℃,pyrolysis gas come out from oil gas outlet to condenser system to be oil, finally go to oil tank.

Syn gas Processing

Along with oil to oil tank, still have Syn gas(C1C4), the gas will go to heating furnace for heating after treating by 2 layers water sealing system and 1 layer fire arrester system, fully burned via oil burner, by this way, can save most heating fuel.

De-Dusting system

All dusts created by heating, extracted by professional draft fan,treated by dedusting system, after treating, emission will be white steam without black dust, white steam will be further treated by professional industry purification system before emission,ensure final smoke emission meet national standard emission requirement.

Slag/Carbon Black Discharging (2 hours)

After reactor temperature cooling down to be lower than 100℃, open slag outlet, connect with automatic discharge machine with slag outlet, discharged carbon will be delivered to carbon warehouse via vacuum delivery system,ensure no dust fly out while discharging process.

Note: 1) Non-condensible gas is the gas which couldn’t be liquefaction under normal pressure;                        

2)Vacuum Delivery System also named as Vacuum Pneumatic Deliverying System.

High temperature Ball Valve: High temperature ball valve equipped after oil-separator, prevent flash explosion effectively, turn off the valve while discharging carbon, cut off the oil gas for avoiding air convection and flash explosion effectively.Additional heat dissipation vents are added to the top of reactor. Allowing cooled air circulate into furnace, which can greatly reduce the reactor cooling time.
